If you want a carport, call these guys. Just be warned the after sales is non existent. I gave these guys 2 Carports to do. In the beginning they very friendly and very helpful. The moment the carport is up, thats where it ends. Tried calling them because the carport was leaking. The unbelievable excuses one has to endure is just beyond me. The constant, we will sort this out that was on repeat. Almost like a pre - loaded text message on there cellphone so as to brush you off in a nice way. The carport is still leaking, issue has been going on for months. Trust me guys, you will get an unbelievable cheap quote from these guys, but thats where it ends. Ive made peace that businesses today forget about aftersales. Small businesses forget that there is such a thing as repeat business, but only if you treat your customer right. Ive excepted that this company will not honour there guarantee, because they got my money already. I you looking to be ripped off, then by all means Contact these guys.

After a delay of a couple days in getting back to me wrt setting up a time to give me a quote, their sales rep finally came to take measurements and discuss what I was looking for. I subsequently gave them my email address for them to mail me the quote, which I expected the same day or at least by the end of the week.After following up with the rep for a week I was informed that they dont do work on existing structures, which was a complete shock to me and waste of my time. The rep had clearly seen the pergola that was there, he even took pictures. This clearly shows a disconnect between their sales team and office.I was continuously promised a quote and never got anything. This level of incompetence, poor service and just unprofessionalism is totally unacceptable. I never even got the opportunity to have work done by them, and yet I would never recommend them to anyone I know or come into contact with.

Not very good after sales service. ive had the company avoid taking my calls and not responding when asking them to perform after sales support. Very disappointing, especially after an excellent initial engagement
