Very nice staff!

We sent an enquiry to Tyrone for a job at the Astron shut down on 24th February and have as yet not received a response despite a subsequent call to remind him. This is poor service from such an established brand.A second mail was just sent !Tyrone, maybe follow up your quotes with a call. I found 4 mails from yourselves in my Junk Folder. Thanks. Quote received.

Worst service ever Vivek Mahabeer.Takes weeks to pick up tools for repairs then it is delivered in parts, then you can never get hold of the rep.Not the first time Im struggling with this poor service!
