Im delighted to share my experience for the renovation that was proposed to be completed in 2 weeks. Like clockwork, Chris and the contractors arrived each day. I was so excited to FINALLY get my dream home. Every day I observed the renovation process as a progressive evolving experience. Everything was covered to minimize dust while they did their thing. The contractors were committed to perfection. The workers expertise exceeded expectations. From top to bottom they were meticulous! The amazing execution of a near perfect project was completed in less than 2 weeks. I have an unbelievable beautiful renovation in less than 2 weeks. Thank you Chris, for the respect you and the workers gave my home and dedicated commitment to excellent delivery. PS. Also a big thank you to Micky from Dial a Contractor for her daily checks, advise and suggestions.

Thank you so much to James and the whole team at Dial a Contractor and especially Restone. We were thinking to remodel our bathrooms for a while which was in really bad shape, with some black mold and the shower door could not be close properly. Now we have two great bathrooms with tiled floors and two beautiful frameless glass shower doors. We are very very happy. This is the first time we did remodeling and we didnt know anything. Amy is extremely patient with us and explained the process in detail and that made us very comfortable. Whenever we had concerns wed call Amy/James, and they very responsive and would always give us a straight answer. Restone did a top notch job. He worked meticulously to keep our old bath and they also installed plastic to protect our carpets and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. Over all their service is impeccable and we would highly recommend them and their 5 star service!

Worse company ever....DAIL A CONTRACTOR recommended Cancarl architect.. He then requested for a deposit of R2000 to start with my property plans and he needs to give dail a contractor a 10% of what he asks which he charged me R18 000.. This Jonathan Williams guy still did not pitch with an approval application.And do not want to return my R14 000 which I have given him already. Now dail a contractor is refering a Peter to me which I communicate via email he doesnt even mail me, its an automatic response from his email his out of office. I dont like playing the cat and mouse.. Dail a contractor is stating its out of their hands.. Well I have decided to get my own attorney which fees must be covered by them once I claim all my money back.. I will never recommend this company..

Fantastic service. The calls center agents made all the necessary arrangements and I had three quotes from decent builders in no time at all. They are amazing and highly recommended.

I have chosen Dial a contractor because on their website they indicated for every contractor project used they would provide R300 000 warranty.I wanted to change a geyser in a closed cabinet. The lady Khayla (who no longer works there) from Dial a contractor highly recommended Charles Tomb from Leighs Construction and Renovation. So I paid the deposit on a Friday afternoon as the contractor hurried me to pay the deposit. On Sunday he whatsapp me that he can no longer carry out the work as we discussed over the phone. So I indicated I will find other contractor who can do the work and just return the deposit.On Tuesday, Charles kept R2000 he indicated it for his call out fee and refunded the rest. Dial a contractor indicated on their website their contractor free for quotation and no call out fee.I tried to phone the manager but the lady indicated that he is always busy. I had file a complaint to the complaint department in writing with all the evidences to Peter. So I did immediate and send on the 19 July 2019 to his email. After almost 3 months, on the 4 September 2019 Peter wrote back to me( please see attached email) that the issued must be resolved by myself to take the contractor to the court.Letter from PeterHi Joe,Apologies for the delayed response I have been dealing with a death in the family in between a rather complicated High Court matter.I received a call from Francois at Dial a Contractor regarding your matter. I have recommended that he suspend the contractor until this matter is resolved. Francois has assured me he will do so.I cannot answer for Charles. As you are aware we are a referral service, we have no role or say in which contractor you select, nor are we a party to the contract. The contract is between you and the contractor and we consequently we cannot get directly involved. Having said that however we expect our panel members to maintain proper standards of conduct and efficiency. Where they do not, we suspend them!Our only sanction is suspension from the panel, which we have done, and which will have serious consequences for the contractor.From a legal point of view we suggest you approach the small claims court to resolve the matter. According to the law the contractor has a valid claim for damages, this is a standard in the industry and this is not something that we can determine or argue, only a court can do that.May I suggest that you make a counter offer to him and try and find a compromise as there is clearly a dispute of fact and as I say I am of the opinion that he will succeed in a court of law.RegardsPeter
