Very friendly security and facility staff. However centre management can be more customer centric and responsive.Facility is above average hygienic and most amenities are in working order.This facility could be an excellent resource and enabler for our most underprivileged and under resourced communities on the Cape Flats. Progressive programmes and initiatives should be marketed and followed through to make an impact.
