Ive been to Welgemeend three times in the last five months and I never cease to be impressed by the venues beautiful setting and history. If only those walls could talk, theyd have quite something to tell us! Im in awe every time I enter the venue: because of the stunning flora it is surrounded by, the art pieces, the delicious food and highly-friendly staff, and the list goes on. The perfect place to hold a conference - and to get married, Im sure!

Lovely place and great for functions. The garden is in a magnificent condition, well looked after. The facility offers a lot.

Great for events like weddings and they have a very nice garden with good green grass, but they dont let you take the left overs when the party is over 😅

As a Marriage Officer I get the privilege to go to beautiful venues to conduct weddings and this is another of those amazing venues. Welgemeend in the center of Cape Town is the most amazing wedding venue and will not disappoint, Karin and her team are on the ball efficient and organised and I love conducting weddings there.
