Small store with OK service, 3 tables seating two and then 4 high chairs but uncomfortable due to no leg rest. More comfortable to sit outside in the food court. Rather slow to get our order, took even longer to get my cappuccino.This store does not bring the order to the table, not so cool. Same quality like other stores or havent noticed a difference.

The waffles and milkshakes are delicious and they deliver them too

Not very efficient and clean from a brand thats as far as I can remember... From my childhood days, my first date, this is by far the worst. This should be the place where you would break up with someone, or cancel a deal or tell someone they have an incurable disease. Very disappointing.

Milkshakes are the best in town

Milky Lane in Kenilworth has good service and the Waffles are really great.You will find that the seating space is quite small so you may end up sitting in the Food Court.I would definitely recommend them if you looking for a good tasty waffle or milkshake.

Worst tasting Milky Lane ever,very unhygienic.. Complained to manager ,she had an attitude,didnt even worry when I spoke to her,she just carried on working while making our milkshake that we could not even drink because it was so sweet with a dirty cup too

Terrible service at this Milky Lane. The staff did not have the audacity to tell us they ran out of plates. I also had to complain about the fact that we were given less ice cream scoops and toppings than we were supposed to get on our waffles. The waffles were also very small. Not worth the price. The staff did not care about their bad service and were unfriendly. I will also add that I was kind towards the staff when I complained and even cleaned tables for them. WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Last week Thursday I went with my family just before 20h00. Spent just under R300.00 and as the orders was completed, we were called to collect our orders even thow we sat inside! This is poor service! Staff were too lazy to bring our order to us. I will never return to your store again

Staff is very rude and disrespectful. My dad and I made a mistake by putting syrup on our waffles and they laughed at us. When we asked them about it, they just denied it. The manager was no where around. I definitely had a bad experience.

Had lunch at fishaways...great service .great food..then decded to have milkshakes at milkylane...OH MY GOSH..what terrible service..the lady never looked up once not even to greet..i asked for help with choosing diffrnt milkshakes for my kids and the only reply was WHAT! ..I EVENTUALLY ORDERED AND PAID..thinking she might be haveing a bad day i tried to engage with her to say thankyou for making the milkshakes..she just turned and walked away..still not one word spoken....sorry to say last visit there forsure..dunkin donuts now gets my service...

I was at milky lane today before 7 this evening wth 3 kids under the age of 9...i waited for service for probably 7 to 8 minutes. When i was eventually served, i was told they have not batter for pancakes and their ice cream was too soft for the kids cones and tht they had to get ice cream from Steers. I have been to Milky lane a few times and every time i go, i say i wont go back again. The presentation of their servings do not look attractive and the staff is unfriendly. Today i also noticed how untidy the kitchen looked.I dont do this kind of thing often, but today was extremely disappointing and decided to rate my experience today.

Worst.Staff were rude, did not greetDid not bother to come to the counter to take my order,she stood by the fridge and i had to scream my orderAfter taking my order she went below the counter, took a handful of crisps ate it and then began with my order.Will never return
