Nice modern apartment with modern bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Comes with granite counter tops and built-in oven and stove. I recommend renting the 2 bedroom apartment as it has a bigger living room than the 1 bedroom and also includes a bath.

A good security complex, perfect for young professionals and small families,children friendly and also have a tuck shop and laundry services on site .

Its pathetic really ,security not helpful ,it reminds me of Elsiesriver flats over populate, electric wire, already stolen off and its not even 3yrs old ,No thanks .I think they over charge the ppl as well

Moved into The Block Security Estate and moved out within two months because of Remote Metering Systems (Pty) Ltd (the company that monitors tenants utilities). The estates administration, support, systems and utility prices are absolutely ridiculous. Even after moving out, I was spammed by Remote Metering Systems due to them not deactivating my account. WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPLEX TO LIVE IN!! :(
