The parking situation does not make sense in this complex - not as a visitor or a tenant. Otherwise, this is a very nice and quiet complex. However, Im still not sure as to whether this place falls under Eersteriver or Stellenbosch so I suggest you drive to the complex and decide for yourself.

A cool complex. Suitable for young adults starting out.

A bit more crowded than I was expecting. Dont be fooled by ads claiming it to be part of De Wijnlanden Estate or Stellenbosch - those ads are very misleading. However, the central location and attractive pricing would nonetheless please first time home owners.

Have been here twice, must say this is really a nice place.Area is clean and quiet, there is security and its well protected.

Near to mIn roads and shops as well as schools

Im two months here, not nice at all. Not child friendly no play area for the children. Only two braai facility for more than 150 flats....no laundary facilities in place. The care taker is so rude....not a place to stay for verg long. The parking is far to walk from where you stay.

Beautiful apartments to stay in. At the Stellenbosch Winelands, with beautiful views of nature in the north. The greenery around the apartment blocks is definitely a positive. If you get the opportunity, do not be sprayed to get a seat here.
