Parking is a problem. Not enough. Especially for visitors.. bit confusing too. Safety also a very serious concern for tenants, especially relating the stairs.. not much safety on the stairways on 2 & 3rd floor. Its very risky taking the chairs. Body corporate need to look into improving the safety of the chairs urgently.. its defnitely not child friendly, and a lot of kids dwell around the place.. very tidy, nice living space, nice greens, safety the main concern though. Pls attend to it.

It seems like a safe complex where the host must open for their visitors but l did not see the reason for the security guard there.

Great place. However during the summer at night, mosquitos are a HUGE PROBLEM. So a person literally has to keep ALL WINDOWS closed after a certain time. So bad

Lovely and quiet place to live...pool and laundry facility on site.

The flats only look neat on the outside. The one I viewed was very old on the inside. Cupboards broken.
