Good renting place, very small rooms though. Perfect for students or just married couples. Has a gym and pool, and is very close to tygervalley mall meaning you are able to do everything you need very close by. Relatively close to PIHE, and nice place for first year students. Its very neat and tidy, and the complex caretaker Leon does his job very well.

Ive been renting out units at Bella Rosa since it was built. Its still one of the best places to live. The lifestyle centre is awesome.
