I use to buy vibracrete poles and slabs from a number of different suppliers... Celmar sells a far better quality product. Also installation so much easier as slabs fits nicely into each other. I will do all my future buying from only them.

Called in this morning inquiring about an item on the price-list, the lady who answered the phone said the image of the item was on the website. After informing her that the product wasnt on there, she proceeded to check & then agreed it was not there. When I requested a picture be sent to me via email, she refused & sounded annoyed. Terrible service!

At first I was very impressed with the place but after today I was completely put off, with an cheeky sales assistant who after I explained very nicely, still picked up the wrong items for payment. After I loaded the items I had to go back to pay the difference and was just received there with a very bad attitude. The place is clearly not used to working with decent people. What a disappointment.
