Very disappointed with these guys. When I showed interest in an IT course, they made sure to contact me frequently, I was amazed by their hospitality. That didnt last long, fastward about a month or six weeks into the course, this stopped.The course content is just prerecorded, the guy in the video had a slightly strong accent and really not captivating at all, definitely not worth the value. They have better course content on YouTube, when I completed the course, I just received a PDF certificate, I asked about vacancies, I got an email on June 3rd, just to let me know, that there are no updates regarding vacancies and that was it, no follow up, no check in, nothing.This was one of the cheapest institutions, I found and thought I came across something great, after reading their wonderful reviews. Cheaper isnt always best.

Attended CND with Salem. The course is very informative and provides good practical exposure. There were a few challenges with network connectivity meaning its better for classroom based learning.The instructor was patient and explained all the labs clearly. He was also willing to assist us after class. Im happy withe the knowledge i gained.

The course experience was amazing, very informative, easy to follow, with backup all the way if you need it, or have a laps of memory... Instructor was excellent and i would do follow up course if possible.

The course was great, the instructor is knowledgeable. The improvement should be on preparing the students on setting up the lab environment. Not everyone is equipped to work on Virtual machines and it takes time to install and get used to the environment. Nice quiet place to study

I had an online course at MasterGrade IT. Due to the South African Airway strike, I wasnt able to travel to SA to take the course, promptly the school found a solution proposing online lessons, which was a great solution. I felt in the classroom while taking the online course but in the comfort of my house plus I was helping the environment. In these days of confinement, the online live stream course is a great option without lossing quality in the contects. MasterGrade IT can propose that and I do recommend it 100%, I had a great experience, the teacher is highly qualified and extremely professional.

My experience was both good and bad.Starting with the bad. Im not very impressed with the consultant who took my booking.a) I expected an instructor led course and ended up with video learning. If i knew it was video learning, i would not have selected 5 full days for the course. (Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30)b) The time booked was not enough for what i had to learn.c) Monday to Thursday i found the venue too hot.On the good side, the staff is friendly. Overall its a very relaxed environment.

On the first day in MasterGrade IT , i was all over the show the place with my programming i had no idea where i stood in the world of programming, i jumped from python to C# and then Javascript to java. I was completely all over the place , But once i reached mastergrade i recieved all the help i needed to accomplish my initial goal , to become a better program developer in C# and python.
