I used your web form and submitted a repair query and I got a reply back from Zayd indicating that I need to email someone else (David) with the query within the company. I do not understand why he could not re-direct my query to the relevant person as I have already submitted my query on your website? what is the point of the online query submission if people get told to mail the same info again to someone else? Be as it may, I did as recommended. I just want to say that my PC has been repaired from somewhere else and I still have not got a return mail/call from anyone in your company to followup regarding my problem. Not exactly chasing after business.

We have a Service Agreement with PC Guy. We had a break-in and 5 laptops stolen. We called PC Guy who replaced and set-up all laptops, including SSD hard drive swap-outs and RAM upgrades, and we were operational again within 24 hours. Thanks David and Elias for your commitment and effort!

I had some Web development done by Opatile and he basically took a down payment and then told me the process was taking to long and cancelled the entire project. Upon asking him for a refund I was told now is not the time, and it hasnt been the time since.
