If I were to be completely honest with any person contemplating whether to do business with netpoint, Id tell you that you are wasting your time and to find another isp elsewhere. Internet is constantly dropping, and there is noone ever to answer the phone and offer assistance. You will wait ages for a technician that wont solve the problem. Can honestly say Ive never dealt with an isp with such low level of service and performance.And heaven help you if you need operating Internet outside of business hours
