With benstech ,I needed my device fixed ,as I was pressed for time and desperat for delivery I was willing to pay more for great service ,what I got I didnt expect, there was more damage to my device then I expected, the owners wife contacted me and explained everything to me with a video detailing everything, I was stressed out of my mind ,however they fixed my laptop with no additional charges ,they didnt charge me I am a single mother I would have done anything to get my laptop fixed because I need it to work .the owner dropped the laptop off at my home with no delivery fee and all he asked was my honest opinion about his workmanship, he wanted no praise for what he did to help me . Thank you benstech ,guys I was blessed with this company.
