Friendly and helpful service from both John in the shop and Alistair whom he recommended for a home consult. Both young men were patient with my ignorance about technical matters and extremely kind. Highly recommended.

The guy was not helpful at all, infact it looked like he wanted to get me out of the shop. It was very disappointing, seen that the previous time I had been there thee service was so great. I actually drove all the way there but I felt what a waste of fuel and time to be treated like I was an inconvenience.

My laptop had a number of issues that prevented it from starting up properly. These issues were resolved in one business day. The service was efficient, effective, and affordable.

Reason for the 4 stars is that although they were extremely helpful, they could not definitively identify the issue. But it is running smoothly at the moment. Will go back as finances allow.

So my MacBook Air was damaged by water and I was told by the iStore and Digicape that it could not be fixed , basically I should throw away the laptop ( which is four months old and cost 16k!). Zane at Tokai Computers is amazing , he not only fixed that Mac but explained thoroughly to me what the problem was . I have gone from a written off laptop to a working one in a few days! I would highly recommend using Tokai Computers , very well priced and highly skilled , thanks guys !

Tokai Computers talk a good game about their stunning customer service but in practice they disappoint at every turn. They promised to order a spare for me, I heard nothing. I called in again, received all the promises once again, heard nothing. This went on for 2 weeks, never even a call from them, although they promised to keep me informed. A total waste of time. I shall not be dealing with them again

Really poor... they act as if they are providing great service, but have no idea, dont get back to you. Sold me a useless solution. They wanted me to pay for a call out and expected me to collect and drop off the technician. I would stay away. They dont accept returns so I ended up wasting my money and going and buying another solution elsewhere.

Tokai Computers were able to replace my laptop hardrive and re load windows but were unable to recover my crashed hard drive, but recommended a company offering this service, prompt and professional services received from Tokai Computers, I will recomend them anytime, I was helped by James.

JBL usb port repair:- once upon a time......... I contacted RK computer Cell phone shop Diep River, via email,to see if they could repair my jbl pulse bluetooth speaker. A prompt reply received directing me to Peter of Incredible Connection Blue Route. After a short pleasant conversation discribing my problem, Peter suggested that I contact Zane of Tokai computers, as he felt that he would be the best person who, would/could work magic. Well, he was not wrong... I arrived just after 9 30 am, Zaneproceeded to give me options. Well by 13:30 same day, my jbl was repaired to its original glory. The staff there are friendly and in my view, go beyond the call of duty. I will most definitely recommend Tokai computers again. 10/10

Terrible service...I took my Dell laptop in and they charged me R950. The problem isnt fixed and they wanted to charge me another R1099...and because they messed up they werent going to charge me labour. Funny thing when I took the laptop in...I told them all about the problems!!! Clearly those guys havent a clue what they doing. So now Im sitting with an even more messed up laptop than before I took it to them!! Completely disgusted by the so called service!!

I think that you were assisted by the wrong guy at Tokai computers you either dealt with Wade or James there is another guy there i only deal with him if and when you go there ask for Zain
