I was specifically sent by Pinnacle to Microchannel when my Lenovo was still under warranty, and received the worst services & ripped off in my life. I checked the reviews and found there are others referred to Microchannel by the Pinnacle Micro service team. I feel for some reason that this companys technician is doing so under table.

Great supplier with a huge selection of items some of which you will not find else where. Been dealing with them for years and collect stock at least once a week. When ever I go and collect an order the staff are friendly and efficient and im in and out in less than 10 mins.

In its time Pinnacle was the most amazing distributor of computers and related products. Sadly from 2014 management changed, the good people left and now they are left with sub standard staff who do not know about their products and their stock, they are misleading and I suggest that they have become inferior to their competition.

Good catalogue with lots of equipment to choose from. worst checkout system that will take 2 hours of your time. avoid it if possible as it always wastes time.
