Excellent service and thats all we want in this industry. Orders places are kept with reasonable time frames (unlike some) my AC is Andrew before that jonathan and both were and are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.Buy from them cause its business and sometimes the prices are good but most importantly they stock great brands such as Corsair inwin and lianli etcthe friendly staff is a bonus and RMA is very smooth.

Best prices and range in the whole country. But 4 stars because the bios update I paid for was done incorrectly and when I bought a corsair case they said I would also get a fan hub included which I did not receive. Other than that great.

Shocking Service, received a faulty CPU, took it back in first time around and they said it was the on board fans, took it back a second time and had to wait 2 weeks for a new cpu, just received it back now and cant get into windows. spent 40 odd K on this pc, so disappointed.

I prefer ordering my computer related equipment from this wholesaler as I get personal service compared to some of the larger IT wholesalers. Very friendly in their communication with me. Feels like home and yet reasonable professional. Need PC related equipment and a reasonable price, give them a try. Parking is great.

This companys policy returning hardware which you do not require is ridiculous. I wouldnt suggest buying from them as they dont offer cash refunds, if you have bought the wrong item.

Best service and hardware in the industry!

These guys actually have many great products and can give great service... I cant stand them and their management becasue they sold us an Asus docking device that did not work with the Asus laptop it was sold with, and they wouldnt take it back, and they still advertise them together after many many times of stating they need to stop and for over a year. Dont use them not Asus any more!

The sales people need to be more informed, in November 2014 everything we do is connected by wifi, so why not offer the wireless product for R150 more than the non-wireless product. At least make the suggestion, as a salesperson you should be trying to upsell.
