My first choice go-to computer shop, but it is not really a shop, more like an office. Although they dont always have everything in stock, they can get most things within 24 hours. Extensive price list, very responsive team. Geared for the person who knows what they are looking for, but if you are a tech novice, dont be intimidated....they are an approachable and friendly bunch.

Absolutely amazing technical service and pricing.I was looking for a gaming monitor (27, 1440p, 144hz+). After a lot of up and down communication, quotes and technical reviews (and me changing my mind multiple times). They helped me with the best price on what I wanted, and arranged shipping at no cost. I can positively say that I recommend DC3.

I received great service from DC3. I planned on upgrading my computer this year and requested quotes from several different companies. DC3 had low prices, but other companies has slightly lower prices. I contacted DC3 and they matched the prices of the other companies. The salesperson I dealt with, Morne, was fantastic and was quick, friendly, and efficient. Morne also arranged for the components to be collected from me, for the new pc to be assembled, and then dropped off with me again. The fees for that were lower than I expected. The parts were collected on a Monday and dropped off 2 days later. The whole process was handled professionally and Morne and the driver were really friendly and helpful. I had just had throat surgery and wasnt able to speak too well, but throughout the process I was dealt with patiently and without being forced into anything. This was my fifth order from DC3 and Ill definitely continue dealing with them.

Walking in you are made feeling uncomfortable as if you dont belong here. Salesmen talks to you at a distance of 10 metres as if you are some diseased animal, doesnt do the effort of lifting his arse from his chair. We inquired about a coaxial cable for audio and the answer we got was so blunt and unwelcome. As an IT company ourselves we decided never to business with them because of the hostile attitude.

My laptop had speed issues, which has been the longest nightmare ever and then eventually completely froze. Speedy service with a super speedy laptop now. What a dream.... Thank you DC3 for your service and decent pricing too. Would recommend them to anyone *****

Its a solid shop... Small and cramped to a degree but mighty solid. They can get you almost everthing i can say..i can only say almost everything cause i havent ordered everything... I work at I.T company... Last year i picked up a screen and with unboxing it found the screen broken... It eventually got replaced but the time lost was just a bit manky.. So i would say this is more like a 3½ star rating..

Okay so my review is based off of the help I received.I wanted a PC, a decent one and I contacted DC3.The person that was helping me was extremely diligent and patient with me despite all of the changes I wanted to make to the quote.I eventually sent over a quote for them to match and I could see that in the end they arent making as much off of the deal (some stuff was cost price).If youre thinking of going with DC3, dont second guess it.I recommend them all the way.

They always have stock and sell items, neither takealot, makro and all other shop sells in Western Cape. I did some research, called each shop in Western cape and came down to this shop. Who knows their tech stuff. Example. Elgato hardware for extreme game streaming and recording. (only recently only makro decided to get this). But they up to date with tech stuff. They great. Good service. And quick. For me, if I need extreme gaming or video editing hardware or software, this shop will have it or get it for you.

Bought a Steelseries Arctis 3 after confirming with one of the staff that it is the 2019 model.At home, unpackaged it, tried it out, and found that about after an hour the tips of my ears were hurting because it has been pressing against the inside of the drivers. Did a quick Google and found the launch notes of the 2019 model - where they stated that the 2019 models have been improved with extra foam in the ear cushions to prevent the exact issue that was causing my ears to hurt.After comparing my alleged 2019 model to the actual 2019 model, I confirmed that what DC3 sold to me - even after confirming that it is the correct product - was not the correct product.Returned the product and had to pay a 15% handling fee. Note that the entire experience of dealing with the staff is uncomfortable - they are not friendly or helpful.

Great place with really good deals on anything computer wise. Staff is always friendly and always willing to help.

The only good thing are the prices. Very slow to respond and get your parts for you. Happened multiple times where I never even got a response out of them.
