Hi GuysDont even know where to start. From useless agents to lying about stuff not fixed, to fighting with the agency principal - she was more focused on her people than customer service and trying to keep us happy. Basic stuff like oven and toilet didnt even work correctly. Had to fight with them every step of the way. We gave them a list of stuff to fix and the agent said all fixed when i asked. Nope, wishful thinking. They were very friendly in the beginning, but as soon as they got their money it was over. They just help me understand that you cant trust anyone and even if you work through an agency, you have to check everything like buying a 2nd hand car in a parking lot. Please people, dont use chas everitt.
They have a stunning office
Service from Chas Everitt (Somerset West, Southern suburbs, etc) in the past has always been a PLEASURE, until we started renting from Chas Everitt Northern suburbs, Cape Town. The rental agent’s level of involvement is determined by the landlord, according to a mandate. Huge problem was, that nobody knew or cared to respond when something went wrong or needed to be fixed. It was always a battle to get any service!!!After various battles with the agent over things that had to be fixed (some still not fixed, like an open electricity box in the kitchen), it was time to move out. We cleaned and tidied but, upon inspection, days later, by the owners, they identified a number of leaves on the ground in the back garden. (of course there were, it was windy !!!) , also the garden pots had to be verified and other petty issues were brought up, in order for the deposit payback to be drawn out...Certainly not a recommended rental agency to deal with – from the actual rental agent to her boss, very low service levels, the only light in a very dark tunnel was the admin lady, who was thrown in to respond to our questions (when the rest were missing in action), even though, it was not her job.
Hi Annette and TeamWe as the Atkins Family just want to take this opportunity to officially thank you for managing our ex property 22 Bauhinia Crescent from rental stage up until the selling stage. It was a real privilege to deal with you in every single way, you have always been transparent and professional with even doing a bit of research for us.You did not slack once, the quick turnaround in emails, WhatsApp’s and other communication was amazing. We pray that God continue to bless all your dealing.Thank you for everything from Quentin Donna Paige and Qeano
Egbert and Nicolene. Thanks both.
Egbert turns For Sale to Sold in less than 3 days! Awesome service, non intrusive viewings and quick and fair value for money!
Avoid if at all possible. Certainly not a recommended real estate agent to deal with - lots of words but very little action, and a basic incomprehension of documentation, ie, FICA documentation does not indicate homeloan status and its ludicrous to think that.Perhaps good for sellers, but definitely a bad experience as someone in the market for a property.
Good service. Carlou sold our house for us in 2018 in Ridgeworth.
Excellent service from Egbert.Very efficient and helpful.
The best people to sell your property
Bad services from Terrie Fleurei from Chas in Tableview- unresponsive and unprofessional -
Cannot find anything wrong in all they have done for me and special thanks to Dylan Malan, true professional and credit to Chas Everitt
Also bad service especially when you get told you have a place then to be told they have to evict the tenant. Was messed around.
Unprofessional - agent sends out an email to all clients without the email addresses BCCd.
Ive experienced bad customer service
Great service and teamwork from the Cape Town North Team.
Beyond rude staff!
Excellent service by Egbert. We sold our property within a week. The whole process was handled very well.
