Started OK, then the team changed and they came late, left early and they didnt clean properly. Cleaning lampshades and shelves had to be requested and showers we often skipped. Tops op cupboard doors is the kitchen got sticky and was a mission to get cleaned. Canceling - watch out people. You will give a months notice, you may not use your four free cancellations and if you do not let them know of a problem within 12h - you dont have a problem. Emails are rude and service is one sided. Stay away is all I can say.

I have been trying to get hold of them for about a week to book a spring clean. They are not professional at all, and were really unfriendly on the telephone, also really difficult to get hold of. Judging by the level of irritation and unfriendliness on the telephone, I would not recommend them.
