Nespresso Canal walk never disappoints always quick and friendly service and they are always willing for you to try new flavors.A monthly must to go visit this shop 👌

A real pity before they assist you, determining weather you member or not seems to be priority.Maybe be creative and come out with a keyring or something which separates members from potential new clients without making a big deal of it.Such a lovely store with unique tasting coffee.Lets focus on keeping customers rather than scaring them away Nespresso.

They have very excellent customer service and the baristas are helpful too. They are happy to assist customers and know what they are talking about. Cant wait to get the barista range with chocolate notes the next time I visit.

Sent my girlfriend to buy me some pods and she said the guy working the floor was so unfriendly. She is a manager of a store and said thats its disgusting that someone can not even provide basic customer service.Canal walk manager I suggest you take care of your employees....

I love the convenience of my machine and the strength of the coffee. I dont care too much for all the fancy flavours. The shop does feel a bit fancier than it needs to be. I dont have a better word to describe it. The assistants are always super professional.

So the selection of capsules is incredible. Sure it’s expensive but the difference between their pods and the rest is quite clear. I’m trying to find one to two of my favourites and that is hard.

Great coffee but the Canal Walk store does not live up to its standards when it comes to customer service. I was there yesterday at 11:30am and there were only two sulky staff members who could not keep up with the walk-in customer demand. The guy was not very enthusiastic to make us coffee. Unfriendly and couldnt even smile. I stood at the till point wanting to purchase coffee but they said they are busy. I waited a while and when I asked the lady if someone could help me she replied saying the rest of the staff only comes in at 12pm and that she cant assist me as shes busy. No apology, body language was unfriendly. I just walked out. Waterfront and Cavendish always provide me with 5 star service even when they are very busy. Its the attitude of how the staff handles a situation. I can understand if its busy but the staff shouldnt mope around with their lips sweeping the floor. Utterly disgusted Nespresso Canal Walk!

Nespresso takes money but doesnt deliver - Beware !!!Monopolies just dont work ... cant wait to see how Nespresso loses all its clients when a competitor emerges. Its customer service sucks. I placed an order online, the system processed my order and took the money (of course) and then no word from them again. No confirmation email or sms, no reply to my endless emails. What a pathetic company.

Been a loyal member for years and I have 3 machines, but the service was shocking today at Canal Walk to the point were I will definitely look at alternatives coffee machines and pods.

I bought my Nespresso Machine here and was happy with the service. They unfortunately didnt have the starter pack I was looking for but managed to find it at another branch and they called me to make an arrangement to collect

If you love coffee then this is a good place to stop taste some coffee and stock up on pods. A strength guide that is visual is extra helpful.

The store is quite large with an immense amount of product on display.It is very modern with all the latest Nespresso Machines and an entire wall of capsules.Ask the coffee bar for a taster as you browse the store.

No service received at all. Had to wait 20 minutes before walking out of the store and they have a no care attitude. Staff need urgent training to be more efficient.

Bought a few coffees at Nespresso Canal walk today, and was made to believe that Ive got a sample tube of coffee for free, but was sneakily charged for it!!. Will not shop there again!!

We just walked in to have a look. The service was really WOW!We didnt buy anything at the time, still exploring options but will definitely recommend them and I will be returning in the near future

The sales lady that helped us gave us good advice and knew her products. I would hope all their sales people would on the same level.

The store has what seems to be the full Nespresso coffee range - its a big store. I wish Nespresso would lower their prices again but a good experience here.

They let a male customer verbally attack another female customer and then he attacked her religion YET THE STORE MANAGER decided to stick up for the MAN because the woman who was attacked said the F word. The Manager is a patronising. Misogynistic Bigot. I watched this poor woman freak out and because she was swearing they treated Her like she was the one that was wrong. What about the dude who FIRST ATTACKED HER and then her religion? Crickets. Nespresso do you tolerate bigotry and misogyny? George Clooney will be appalled.

Whilst I was in this store on the 4th, I witnessed the store manager, Tim, treat a customer so badly that I will never return to the store. The amount of money that Nespresso spends on marketing and sales only to have it wasted by an arrogant store manager. Highly disgusted!
