The place is so loud is sounds like you are stuck in a hospital emergency ward, with all the machines constantly beeping.The self-service kiosk machines are installed in the middle of the queueing area, so one has to push past people, and then try to order, while being uncomfortably sandwiched between everyone.The self-service machines allow one to pay at the counter, then provides you with an on-screen ticket number, which one can easily forget, and then they never call you up to pay. You then think one has to pay on collection, but the order will not be started until payment has been made. It is such a confusing system and the staff dont really assist. We stood there waiting for an order which was never going to be fulfilled, and so just left the building. Serious anxiety trigger.

Looking good, clean, food is tops. Only one issue keeping this from 5 stars is the incredibly efficient and effective process when it comes to ordering and paying.If you couldnt tell, that was sarcastic.

I havent been for a while so enjoyed the clean surroundings and new self help stations. Food is pretty standard McDs, lovely crisp chips. As McDs go this branch with play area is pretty good in my opinion

Not a lover of Mc Ds but this place is ideally situated opposite Tyger Valley centre so on this busy month end days hop across the road the McCafe Tyger Manor and enjoy a breakfast without the buzz of shoppers around.

Good coffee and friendly staff, but it is still pretty much McDonalds rather than a cafe.

The Service is Great ..friendly staff and engaging management ..But Cleanliness needs to be improved..especially the Areas around Play Area where children are constantly playing.....

Service was terrible. I ordered a mega macmuffin meal which took 10mins to get to me. For a fast food restaurant that is ridiculous. Others patrons who came after me ordered sat down and got their meals before me.

This place is actually quite for a McDonalds. I go late at night for a hot chocolate or a sandwhich from the menu and it feels so safe to be there.
