Great service, decent turnaround and amazing value for money. Bought the Demo Picollo and I am happy with the deal I received. Will be upgrading one of the days and will definitely support Caffeluxe before going anywhere else. Wish they had offices in JHB or a walk in store :)!

EDIT: Changed my rating from 1 to 3 star.Ive been a Caffeluxe user for many years and have come to accept that their products are average quality but acceptable. This year I decided to upgrade to their Caffeluxe Duo coffee machine as it allowed using both Nespresso and Dulce Gusto capsules and I regret ever doing so. The machine arrived without the Dulce Gusto adapter, with no note to explain why. Eventually it was explained over the phone that they held back the adapter due to design issues and that Id receive it once they got new stock, which after many weeks I eventually got. Today my machine is broken. Its leaking water and not producing coffee out the capsules. I reported the issue via email and discovered their email system was down (and continued to be down for many days). I was told by their social media team to email their repairs department, which I did - no reply. I emailed their main email and eventually got a reply saying that the machine will need to come in and to send them my contact details, which I did. Its been over 2 weeks since I replied to the mail and still nothing. I then sent a follow up email and got a reply. They arranged to collect the faulty machine and gave me a brand new machine at the same time, which I was quite impressed with. Theyre a great company, you just need to have patience and accept that theyll try their best to correct any issues.

This is the go-to place if you want cheap (but good quality) pods for your Nespresso coffee machine. They sell their own brand machines which are good value - and dont forget to ask about their even cheaper reconditioned machines.

Their pricing is great and they hve a good local stock of items related to tea and coffee, not only machines and pods. The local prpducts are pricy but they are local, free and mostly free from preservatives.

My order was short delivered by one bag of coffee, and the lady went out of her way to get a hold of me to get the problem sorted. Everyone can make a mistake, but if everyone could rectify it like this, the world will be a better place.

Store has gotten a lot smaller and for some reason is no longer affiliated with the website. Went there because of specials on the website and the website saying to visit the showroom in Paarden Eiland only to be told in store there is new ownership and the store doesnt offer the specials. My advice would be to just order online for delivery.
