As usual, fantastic service with same day gas delivery on Saturday. The delivery guys are also truly profesional, and all done with a friendly smile. Not often is such service forthcoming these days !

Convenient location and very nice staff. Toilets are always clean and they have a nice variety of groceries in the convenient store.They have never been our of fuel and the parking is good even when busy.They sell firewood and gas and have a decent selection of LP gas parts.

Its my second time filling up at Sasol Melkbos. I was there for 10 minutes and there were two petrol attendants cleaning the windows of one car and another attendant just walking around and not taking notice of me when I pulled in. All three attendants saw me pull in at the time. I think the staff there are inadequately trained and rude to the core.When big SUVS and smart cars pull up they quick to run and service those customers because of the tips they think they gonna get. I am disappointed and disgusted that this kind of behavior is still allowed at these kind of establishments. Its supposed to be about SERVICE and not TIPS.I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN........

Literally the worst petrol station Ive ever been to, every time Im there I wait and watch other cars pull in and get helped before me. Only reason Im going there is for absa rewards but the service is so bad its not even worth it

I really dont understand the reason for Sasol Melkbos not accepting cash after dark.Its supposed to be a convenience store.Every other convenience store in the area does.The saddest part, is this decision has had such a clear and negative impact on staff morale - not nice to see.But tonight, you lost a R1000+ tank of fuel, as I went there to buy milk and fill up my car.Bigger picture - Ive heard frequent grumblings about bad service and have always tried to give you the benefit of the doubt. But this decision has probably cost you R10K+ just from me no longer being in a hurry to return.Ill rather travel a few hundred meters down the road and be greeted by smiling staff where management and staff understand the value of convenience and great service.Let me know when youve changed your management style.

Sasol, all over South Africa, is one of our favorite gas stations, but this one is dirty, bathroom facilities is very dirty, kiosk is also dirty. Not good management. #sasol. I am utterly disappointed!
