Very disappointed to see polystyrene in the Cape Coffee Beans packaging. Totally unnecessary with so many eco friendly alternatives out there. Otherwise a great service but the polystyrene is a deal breaker for me, sorry!In response to the response of the owner below. This is not on any of the products! Your box containing a number of items all individually boxed was filled with pieces of styrofoam, I would expect that you would at least know how you are packaging things and sending them out!I am attaching a photograph of the bag full of polystyrene pieces that came out of the Cape Coffee Beans box. Why are you using polystyrene pieces? It is not even the cheapest option. Do you know it takes 500 years to decompose. Please wake up and smell the coffee!

Cape Coffee Beans has been delivering specialty coffee to me for 3 plus years off and on. They are a joy to deal with and extremely customer service focused. Just met them at the shop and they are awesome there as well. They have a good stock of coffees available on site and great product knowledge. They are well worth a visit!

Using there web sight for a delivery during this lock down period was fantastic, the price with the item and courier was fair and efficient, there payment method and web sight that works is secure and very user friendly. It was a pleasure and will use them in the future.
