Wonderful, friendly club. Really a home away from home. Kids a well managed and show team spirit. And they make everyone feel welcome.

Committed parents, and talented kids make this an exceptional club.

I had to move 100m away from them before I couldnt hear their disgusting music. Can they refrain from forcing it on an unwilling public who want to enjoy the beach?

Always a great venue. Lovely beach. Great swimming conditions usually (just check the south easter isnt blowing). Lots of parking and amenities. Close to restaurants and shops. Wouls be nice if The Galley sorted its service levels out.

Great... What a thing to become a life saver with such great qualities to life as well. Nice to see the nippers training so hard.

This is one of the longest serving Surf Lifesaving centres. Your men and women who volunteer at the club do a valuable service to the public keeping swimmers save in the sea. As the club is financed by the City of Cape Town, lifesavers are paid for the service they do for the public. In Fish Hoek the club is also responsible for the shark nets put up during the swimming season.
