I didnt read the Google reviews before ordering but ordered a sample pack (which was delivered for free) and their work seemed good so I placed an order. The website was easy to use and made it simple to design care labels and upload a picture of my logo as well. The waiting period is a little long but my labels arrived on the day promised and turned out perfectly. I love that no further communication was needed beyond my placing an order on the website.

I dont like complaining about other companies - but in this case i do feel like i have to. (It is my first complaint on Google.) They are extremely unhelpful. My labels took months to produce. Extremely expensive. I will look for another company to do labels with in the future.

Delivered the wrong order after many amendments to the quote. Poor customer service and rarely reply to emails when querying incorrect order. Disappointing service.

I thought I was going to the best but my business has been brought to a complete standstill simply because the owner, Lukas, doesnt feel like sending me my labels.Before making payment Lukas agreed that my courier would collect the labels from the factory on a Thursday 4 February 2022 as it was extremely urgent. Upon his agreement I proceeded to make a payment.Wednesday Thursday and Friday, I called the Wunderlabel offices between 24 and 30 times a day to no avail. I emailed 3 times a day, no proper response acknowledging his promise.After taking to social media, I got a response. The labels are in transit (God knows from where when the courier was supposed to collect from the factory) and I must Collect Monday 9am. He then threatened to refund my so as to withhold my labels.When I asked if this was a threat, he very quickly backtracked.Now... Today is Monday and I have just received a call from my courier to advise that my order is not ready for them to collect.After taking to Facebook again, I was threatened by the owner AGAIN. SEE ATTACHED.I expect he is going to delay till Thursday and delay my soul source of income in the midst of a pandemic by 2 weeks!Is this because I am a coloured woman, I have no idea. But in my honest opinion, if you are a small black business person that needs labels for your clothing line, maybe look elsewhere where there isnt someone trying to sabotage your business.This whole situation is way to bizarre. And no i am not a past lover which may have been a reason for this silliness.

Poor and disappointing experience from Lucas and team. They lose your order information then ask for it again. When labels finally arrive they are poorly laid out with skew lines. When we asked for a discount (not even a full refund) he offered R150 on the next order. There wont be a next order.

Long wait but love the quality
