Very friendly and helpful staff

This place deserves no stars at all , yesterday I have been accused of washing a dress that I have purchased for the price of R400 , Ive been ACCUSED of wearing the item there were no marks on the collar of the dress nor at the armpit part of the dress , the staff has all touched the dress with their hands sanitized or not they had the AUDACITY to point out marks on the dress , I have basically been JUDGED by my appearance from all of their staff and Ive been treated POORLY by their staff members , I COULDNT return my dress that Ive purchased from this store , no one could give me a refund or help me , they also told me I could not return it because the tag was not on the item , but they returned another ladies products infront of me and her tags werent on any of the items of the clothes she brought back for exchange , I strongly do not recommend anyone Shop at this place their staff is all fake and helpless and rude .
