Poor in store service dressing/fitting rooms not adequately spaced so you policed when entering to fit on garments, bad attitude in assisting for alternative, seems certain ppl are being received better than others when wanting to use dressing rooms. Clothing items are of great standard and variety But please train your staff adequately. Very dissapointed

I had a great shopping experience, friendly staff, fashionable clothes and affordable too. My only concern is that YDE dont have a big variety of mens clothing although I have been a loyal customer for many years. Thumbs up!

A really nice clothing store to buy evening wear, like special events or matric dances. Clothes are a bit on the pricey side, but youre paying for quality : ) They also have shoes and accessories for such events. The service is really nice as well

Its clean, big and have a variety of clothes to choose from. The service at the till was exceptional. There was no queue at all. I will definitely go there again.

I was very dissapointed at the size of their sensor tags on their Sunglasses its honestly ridiculous. How are we to purchase sunglasses when u can barely see what u look like wearing them because of a huge sensor tag in the middle of the sunglasses. I wanted to purchase sunglasses but left with nothing, not to mention no employees on the floor and no one offered any assistance.

I ordered shoes at Canal Walk from Johannesburg two weeks ago for a wedding, that is on Thursday, which was suppose to arrive this past Saturday. I called a few times yesterday (Sunday), no one answered. Called again today and they cant find the shoes any where in the store. The lady said the guy that helped me will only be in late tomorrow afternoon, and only then will they be able to say IF the shoes actually arrived or not. I am leaving Cape Town on Wednesday morning for the wedding, and now I wont have the shoes I was bargaining on for two weeks. . .

Good quality clothing, however, it was frustrating to not have someone on the floor or front desk for enquiries. The store is understaffed.

Better selection than most other YDEs in Cape Town. YDE over all just isnt what it used to be for me. Used to be my go-to fashion store but I rarely find anything that really catches my eye these days.
