Extremely disappointed in the service provided. My fiance and I entered the store close to closing time on Saturday evening and intended to buy a Huawei watch for my birthday. We were not asked whether we needed assistance, this was the first thing which threw me off. Then we requested to know the price of the Huawei band 4 Pro which was in their display, the sales consultant proceeded to take out the watch from display and give us the price. We said we would like to take it and she then took the same watch and checked the watch itself but only the watch and nothing else, the box was not sealed might I add. My fiance later said he heard her asking her colleagueshould I check it first?. Once we arrived home and wanted to charge it in order to start it up we noticed that the clip of the charger was damaged and the charger was dirty meaning it had been used and mishandled before, I was extremely disappointed since it was my birthday and it was a birthday gift, my fiance was furious. Ever since we have been to different Totalsports stores and they do not stock the watch and also advised that a defective item should NOT HAVE BEEN ON CAVENDISHS STORE FLOOR. We have tried calling the Cavendish branch multiple times and to no avail. We work 5 days a week and we live a distance from the mall so we arent able to go back immediately. I think this was probably the worst service Ive ever experienced. Closing time DOES NOT MEAN FORGET PROTOCOL. I work in a high class retail store, so I would know.

I suggest your staff get off their cellphones and greet clients firstly, and then ask potential clients if they can be of assistance! For that reason, I shall avoid shopping there again. There are other places who care.
