Incredible service received from Grant at the Blue Route mall. He was extremely knowledgeable on the fitness devices, helping me pick the best option for me, answering my 101 questions whilst explaining all the tech stuff to me in ways that I could understand. He also followed up diligently with me when letting me know the timeline for my device arriving in store. These guys are professional, friendly and all round awesome - I wont go anywhere else for my sportsgear!

No one assisted me while browsing and two cashers I dealt didnt greet.....

I was looking forward to visiting the store as I found a running shoe that I really liked and my size was available at the blue route branch and was being kept for me as confirmed by the Claremont store. I have dealt with Rusty in the past who was friendly and knowledgeable and I looked forward to the same type of experience. However when I entered the store and asked for the shoes which were being kept for me, no one seemed to be able to locate it. I was told this twice from the lady who was assisting me. I had three other staff members asking me if I needed assistance while I waited. My kept pair could not be found.I was extremely disappointed as I had made a special trip out to collect the shoes.I expected when this could not be found that someone would realise that I needed new running shoes and offer alternates, but this did not happen. I got very annoyed at the incompetence that I was experiencing and left the store disappointed.I was able to source the running shoes elsewhere with much more efficiency.

Very friendly staff and willing to help at any time.. Been here a few times now and I feel that they dont carry enough stock. More options on the online shopping witch takes away the direct contact to customer experience..
