My husband needs to wear stability runners. The 2 sales persons at Nike wanted to sell him normal runners.We went to Asics and there the young man was very polite and welcomed us. He knew what my husband was talking about and gave him what he needed. We were happy with the service there.

Have patience if u planing on coming to shop at this store between today 3.12 20 until Saturday 5.12.20. Lines outside is long and the cashiers are slower than usual. Line waiting time around 45 minutes. Thr cherry on the cake people, the cherry and this is a big cherry, stock availability is completely pathetic. I actually got my goodies at Adidas next door. No lines and stock in abundance. And the cherry on this cake is green. They also have promotions. Nike just creates a hype and dont follow through with keeping up with stock

Very few staff available to help but good selection

I eventually had to walk to the cashier counter to go ask for help. Went next door to Adidas and Reebok, and what a difference in service and personality.I have always bought nike trainers, but today I switched to Adidas. At Nike all they had to do is show me my shoe size, and they would have made a sale. Owners need to step up their training, simple manners are not hard to teach... go watch Adidas store next door.

All the takkies that i liked was not available in my size but the asstants were very helpful and there was lots of sale prices available

They had amazing branded items on display at relatively low prices. You almost never want to walk out of the store empty-handed. Sizes sellout often so never miss out on an opportunity saying youll come back later.

This is my favorite store! I always find a good deal on sneakers and always walk out with a minimum of one pair of shoes, sometimes 4 pairs! Love their sneakers! Its the only brand I wear. Service is great and the guys are super knowledgeable about everything Nike. Great vibe and always busy! Go early

How in the world do you let somebody take the same side shoe? My cousin finally found a shoe he liked, fit it on and we were gonna buy it. But couldnt because the box only had 2 left feet. And that was the last pair for that size as well. Thanx for wasting my time😑

Being a factory shop one would expect better deals on shoes and clothes, but all in all a pleasant experience.

They’ve gotten just as expensive as the normal outlets don’t waste your time they not cheap like they use to be

Staff here are actually quite helpful and attentive. Always have nice stock on hand and there is currently a 50 % off sale on some good items. The store layout makes the store quite easy to navigate. Cashier is also patient and friendly. The store is always neat which makes it easier to browse when looking for items in the store.

Decent selection of shoes in the store and I love how they group their styles by shoe size versus individual styles. This means you can see all the available styles in your shoe size which makes going here really efficient and easy to use. They even have some decent discounts running and Ive bought two pairs of shoes and ridiculously low prices. Worth going here if you like Nike.

Spent about 20 minutes in the store browsing for a running shoe for my daughter. Left as there seemed to be no interested staff member who could assist us and ended up buying a shoe at a competitor store where we got hands on service from walking in for over R1500, guess the Nike store need to do some staff training.
