Your store makes no effort to engage with its customers. Ive been to both stores and not a single staff bothered to approach me or offer any form help. On top of that many items are vastly overpriced and expensive. Thrifting is meant to be an all round fun and budget friendly experience but I experienced neither of those things here. I hope you will do better in the future.

Clean, well-organized, friendly staff and great prices for good quality garments. The only drawback is that theres no parking, had to park down the road and walk. Other than that, impressive!

My visit to this store was a very unpleasant experience. The reference to the clothing they sell as vintage is misleading. The shop is crammed with old clothes of very poor quality and the owner Chantel has a very abrasive and unfriendly manner

This place is like a museum. Its full of cool old stuff that is nice to look at but it costs a fortune. Only really good if there is something specific that you desperately desire and are willing to spend a fair amount on it.

Nevernew provides vintage clothing and accessories for all those looking to find a quick vintage bargain. What I didnt like was the fact that the sizing didnt accommodate adult males and the variety of clothes was moderate. The walkways of the store was blocked due to a surplus of clothes in a form of a pile.

The store carries a wide variety of vintage clothing items as well as shoes and accessories such as jewellery, handbags, sunglasses and items that can be used as props on film sets. Great place to shop for a theme party outfit, but be prepared to spend a lot if time searching as the store has a lot of inventory.The prices range anything from R50 and up to about R350. Staff is friendly and they play an amazing variety of music, which makes the shopping experience all the better. Love this place😍

This store is a gem for me. It has a great selection of vintage clothing! Theres a wide variety of items for men and women - or you can explore your most fashion-forward self to buy a rad item from the opposite genders range. The staff are full of life and will help you find items that suit the style youre going for or might just show you another style you hadnt thought about. It is a must go! Especially when there are new shipments on the weekend, you would have to ask when the next shipment is, to go grab yourself something before it flies off the racks!

Really friendly and talkative people have something for everyone even band merch which is super cool. They arent only a thrift shop bit also sell new clothes like shirts. Come check it out sometime...

I was there in the morning I saw the lady boss with slightly dark brown hair shouting at her workers for not WASHING CUPS 😂😂 ..like shouting at her stuff that she won’t give bonuses of today in front of all of us ! This is not the first time I have seen her shouting her stuff .. even customers the other time I was holding her clothes and the other voom shop clothes preparing to pay , she attacked me that I am carrying her clothes and I must pay this side not in a nice way , shouted “ HELLO “ very loud and rude !!But to be honest she has good clothing and her stuff they are really nice it’s just their Bosses ways !If u wanna enjoy your shopping rather go when she’s not in the shop !

A lot of stuff to look it which is nice, but very cramped. Prices are quite high.

WAY over priced, alot of cool stuff, but you can find in boutiqes so most of these items, they are very similar, if not exactly the same for the same prices in better condition and smells fresh.

Awesome place with wide selection of second hand vintage clothing for good prices. I bought a jacket which had been refurbished with a new zip, all buttons were matching and present and the jacket was very clean. So no need to put in any extra effort after buying a second hand piece of clothing! Great staff as well!

Actually I got here to share that experience that happened on Sat , I didn’t like the fact that the owner yelled in front of everyone and I wasn’t comfortable anymore, I am still touched by the fact that she yelled that they must go work at checkers were they going to get 5k per month ! I have siblings that works for checkers also buys there and also here I am supporting another business that trash’s out underpaid people .. I walked out immediately! Another time she walked around stalking me as if I wanted to steal not sure because I am black or I generally looked dodge also forced me to look at the bunch of trousers that had arrived that day when I was there for jackets but in the end I bought 3 jackets 🧥

Great if you want good second hand clothing

This place is a haven for those people thats looking for art deco and citch...Many bargains but also many overpriced oddeties in my opinion. They will also buy some old stuff you may have to offer.You will probably get a better price than taking it to pawn shop or cash converters.Take half a day and go check it out...👍

The worst treatment ever ! White jumpy woman “Chantel” I think.. is the worst person you wanna come across in that store ! I was in the shop on Wednesday early afternoon , God .. the way she was so rude to one gentleman I remember this guy asked to have a word with her “She was like am too busy I got people waiting on me very rude and loudly “ mind you a few moments she had screamed to everyone that let me know if you need any help ! And the yelling your stuff on what to do with no respect infront of all those people?! Her tone ! Me and my friends left immediately! Got our burn stuff elsewhere

Located between a cluster of coffee shops and Woodstocks entertainment hub. The not so little thrift shop is a treasure trove of odds and ends, great vintage pieces to be collected at remarkably fair prices. If you look really hard enough, you might stumble upon a vintage Versace shirt as I did! And I got it for under R100. While in Cape Town, if you stumble upon Woodstock, you must visit @nevernew.

Nice and big secondhand shop - you can easily find vintage clothes , staff is friendly and music is nice. Prices are a little bit high for secondhand though.
