Enjoy this store as I always get good value deals. Most sell jeans with a limited range of shirts. Nice big and airy store but always busy. Cool thing about the parking is that you can access it (excuse the pun) from both parking areas.

Terrible experience! My daughter went with her dad to buy jeans. Because of Covid-19 you cannot fit on and try to make sure jeans fit. Well shop assistant gave a size 25. Really? If she had just looked at my daughter shed see that was too small. Anyway we went to change it. So we got a size 27 which just fit but were still a bit tight. Then took a size 28. Can you believe they were too small??? So how does a jeans like Levi make a size 28 smaller than a 27 in the same design??? Are they selling rejects? I wonder? It took us 5 tries before we actually got the right fit. I realise its an outlet store but what does that mean. I thought a 501 Levi is a 501 Levi...or a skinny is a skinny...???not impressed at all

Store has a great layout and the staff member assisting in the ladies section was very helpful. Overall good shopping experience. Only issue was that there wasn’t someone consistently managing the change room - the security guard at the store was assisting. I would definitely shop there again though.

Pretty crowded and no social distancing. There was no space between cashiers, they were placed next to each other.

Great factory outlet store with really good prices like 2 jeans for R600 and 3 for R850. They also have various other Levis items in store that is on special. However it loses stars because the service is poor and staff stand around chatting instead of assisting customers.

Not sure if the younger generation of retail workers are not informed about customer service but this store was a complete let down.Their conversations with each other take preference over customer service. I watched as a poor man tried to get assitance and it wasnt going well. I looked around and eventually when I needed assistance asked a young lady who seemed rather annoyed that I was asking.

Very very very customer services bought 2 jeans and ended up canceling my sale because stuff dnt have customer service and when you ask for manager they call one of stuff members to pretend to be manager who is also rude n when I asked for my cash back they said I will get it after 7 working days so I was very upset when I walked out as I needed those jeans

Always well stocked, the staff are always helpful, and the prices are really cheap. I picked up two 511 styles jeans for R650. For both!
