On the 24 I went to Foschini cape gate to buy a new phone for ma self and ma child, the following week my phone went blank, I took it back, the lady that assisted me said I will receive a call when the phone Is back. On 28 this week I went to check up again because ever since I took it back I didnt receive any SMS nor a call from them. yho the service I got from Monica and her team leader was very bad, the lady I was referred to said its not her duty to call and its very early for me to come and ask about my phone, they dont have a control over the office at Joburg.that can even take 6 months, you must came back when you received a callthat was her answer and she was not looking at me she was busy with her slips.She didnt even check on her system,I felt like my heart its been broken in to two pieces.

Service was good. Staff helped me get pants from other Donna branches. Shop is a bit full and tight for space now that Donna is together with Foshini.

Staff was friendly,but service was very slow because there was only two cashiers that were helping customers.

Service is bad. Been waiting to be helped for over 45 min. Other people get helped before we do that was not even in line. And last but not least girl that is suppose to help with our problem is on the phone the whole time since we walked into the shop. I would suggest going to another branch.

Was there monday the the 19th of August. The coloured manager in clothing section is incredibly rude(, Im assuming shes the manager cause she was the only one with authorisation)Im standing next to a fitting room and i greet her she rudely say to me hey you are not allowed to go in the fitting room with cosmetics as if i didnt know that, i was going to ask her if i could leave them on the counter while i fit the pants i picked up. (Shes about 4 feet tall short hair she was wearing a grey long sleeve sweat jesery. As i got out of the fitting room to get my items from her she gave a nasty laugh with her colleague while i was walking away. So unprofessional.I lov000000ooooove foschini it is literally my no: 1 favourite retail store but it could do better in improving their customer skills and learn to fake it till you make it till you clock out attitude.Then my frustration was let go when i was assisted by a young lady by the name of ANDY(something like that) tall wore glasses and had these big beautiful braids.She was extremely helpful and patient, my card was giving me issues and she patiently managed to process my payment. I want to say thank you for her beautiful customer service service. She is a beacon.

As usual i love Fosch i could spend hours looking around at all the items. I do, however, find that staff vary in different areas. Some are far more people friendly than others. I have shopped here for years and im happy to say my daughter has followed in my footsteps. Its often a Mum and Daught outing to Fosch.

I am very dissapointed in my last 2 visits to Foshini Cape gate. Purchased goods on my gift card and the amount was deducted twice and i am struggling for 5 days now to have it refunded to the card.
