Visited your shop Saturday and was saddly turned away by Mandla because we never made an appointment but fortunately the manager, Reagan stepped in and arranged that we would be assisted by Justin. This had turned an almost bad shopping experience to a very pleasant experience. Justin was assisting 2 groups already but was willing to assist us too😊 with a smile. Thank you Justin for your professional manner and patience in helping my son choosing the correct suit for his confirmation. Your excellent clients service gives you 5stars rating from our family👌

At times, the service could have been better while dealing with this Eurosuit branch, but the suit I bought looked spectacular on my wedding day and couldnt be happier with my choice of suit - Id probably recommend them based on my experience.

Justin at the Canal Walk branch was extremely helpful in getting us the the perfect suits for the wedding. He was super patient and gave us his opinion on certain things.He made the experience pleasant.

Not a pleasant experience - some dressing rooms unfurnished, others with lights not working. Chaotic environment with suits just dumped on any available surface.Suits themselves were a little disappointing - despite alterations, a seam on one of our jackets split, the binder of buttons on each jacket sleeve were not matched (3 on one sleeve, 4 on the other). Overall, found Mr Suit Hire to be a far more pleasant experience. I dont think the premium this suit hire attracts is at all deserved.

After receiving my suit. It was polyester rather than cotton as assured by the salesman. Tailoring was poor, Pockets werent even aligned.

On first fitting paper work was lost went for second fitting to get sizes again final fitting not one of the suits hired fits had to refit again staff does not assist very poor service do not use this place

Pathetic customer service, empty promises and complete dishonesty. Tell you one story then another after constantly following up on the order. Now complications has arose preventing my order to be fulfilled on the 11th hour. Mandla needs to be fired for his dishonesty and poor customer service.

Our wedding was on the 21st of November. I called Eurossuit to make sure everything was packed as the wedding was in Cradock. As I opened my suit 2hrs before the wedding I realised that I was minus a waistcoat as the groom. My groomsmen looked the part and I had to do without.All the wedding photography and the night without.When following up there was no sorry, just a refund of R180 ft waistcoat..Terrible service from start to finish.Arrogant. Nasty peopleNever ever again.Bye Eurosuit

Very helpful staff but we didnt manage to find a fit

UNFORTUNATELY IT CLOSES EARLY BUT LOOKS GOOD

Eurosuit is owing me R199. 99 since 20 June 2019. I returned an item on the mentioned date just a few minutes after I bought it and they let me complete a refund form. I was further informed that my refund will be paid into my bank account in few days time. But to this day no refund has been paid into my bank account. On 26 September 2019 I personally went to the store to reclaim my refund. However, I was told that the matter would be escalated to the Head Office and that would only be done the following day as the Head Office was closed at that point. But that was just an excuse because were now in the month of October and yet Eurosuit has not paid me back my refund. This is unethical business conduct. It is fraudulent conduct.

Excellent service. They did 3 suits for me. Donovan was a great help. Looking forward to picking up a few more for my collection! Great range of colours and styles!

Really really disappointing service. We had suit pants measured in JHB to be sent to CT for collection. The measurements were totally wrong and the staff were not apologetic at all. Seriously guys... Get better systems in place to ensure this doesnt happen in future. Youre getting suits ready for some of the most important days in peoples lives.

Terrible service and what you get is not what you ordered! At first appointment the service was good and the suit perfect, but when we collected, the suit pants that we were supposed to have had been booked to somebody else. The shirt did not fit and had to be adjusted and the suit looked old and worn..definitely not what we paid for. No explanation or apology offered and since you already paid, you get a take it or leave it attitude. And to top it all the jacket button came off as we went to function. Will not recommend or use this company again.

Eurosuit Canal Walk is definitely the best suit hire in Cape Town. Just look at how amazing myself and my Groomsmen looked!Also a special mention to Donovan, he made the experience smooth and professional. He literally bent over backwards during loadshedding to ensure we were sorted out! The guy is a legend!

Shocking disgusting lack of service. All sizes were completely wrong. I called twice, spoke to Justin both times to arrange Wednesday collection... It was not ready to collect on Wednesday. No apologies, just acted like they were doing me a favor by trying to help. Asked if they would speak to Wesley,r the manager,to arrange compensation or at least get an apology. He was not inyerested. Will never use them again.

Thank you for excellent service and really decent suits. The process is simple: make an appointment and then go visit Eurosuit. Dont just rock up and expect service - its not how it works and people have rated it 1/5 because of this. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT - its not difficult and your experience will be great.

Large viewing room for the suits. Quite a few different options. Ties come in different colours for rentals and are pretty affordable. Dont come in different shades of each colour though only the standard colours.

Very good service, will defnitely recommend.

Looking at some of the reviews here certainly does not portray the experience I had. When I first got there I was met with an enthusiastic person who was clearly willing to help, giving his opinions where needed. The suits are of good quality and whether you buying or hiring, will be fitted to suit you. Thanks to Shalien and the rest of his team for a very pleasant experience. I DEFINITELY recommend this place !!!!

Donovan assisted us when we were looking for a suit. The suits are tailored perfectly and fabric is of excellent quality. He took the measurements and made sure that every piece of clothing fitted perfectly. He was incredibly patient with us and helped throughout the appointment.

My future son in law arranged to hire his wedding suit a month ago & paid for the hiring in full. Had arranged with them to collect his suit 2 days before the wedding. On arriving to collect, they could not give him the trousers he had tried on and asked him to take a bigger size. They also couldnt give him the shirt he had ordered. So a simple call and collect a wedding tux turned out to be a nightmareThink twice before using eurosuit for your suit hire.

Dont come here for your suits. Service is extremely slow and non interested. We did a fitting for groom and groomsman suits and the day before the wedding when picking up we did a final fitting and the grooms pants where horribly too small and we had to do an entire fitting of different pants all over again. They are very unprofessional. The groom ordered matching cufflinks which where shown at firdt fitting. Now they say they dont have matching ones...the day before the wedding! Please dont give your money to these people!

Worst service I have ever received in my entire life at the Canal walk branch... I think the staff need to find another job whereas customer service is not part of the job description! From walking in, I was not even greeted by 3 people standing at the front desk to then not a single offer of assistance.. when I asked a question because I was confused, an answer was given but no assistance at all.. I will never go back there again - I have decided on paying more for my wedding suit from another company for their quality AND SERVICE!! Highly disgusted and shocked by Eurosuit! Will definitely make sure none of my friends and family ever go there!

Went there a month and a half ago for a fitting, then I get there a day before the wedding and the pants size was different amd didnt fit. Now the entire look is ruined as the other groomsmen will look good and I will look like a stuffed sausage because of bad service and suit... Rather go to suit hire and save some time.

Worst service ever. We were double booked, then we asked for some information regarding the previous appointment we had. They said they will call us and they never did. Then when we called the guy that answered said that the person that dealt with us is not available as he is still on leave. We have 2 Feb 2019 and time is short. Never had such shocking service in my entire life.

Absolutely pathetic! Turned my parents away yesterday morning at 09:00 because they didn’t have an appointment! There were no customers in sight and 4 salespeople standing around doing nothing! Gosh the attitude and rudeness showed to my parents was disgusting! They were looking for 1 suit for my 70 year old Dad! My groomsmen pushed their luck when they demanded to be served when they also didn’t have an appointment! This was during the week when again there was no one in the store. Will never ever recommend Euro Suit!

Had to drive from Stellenbosch twice as they didn’t alter the suit correctly, when I came for second fitting the pants were even shorter than the first timeMy suit was packed ready to go, thank goodness I wanted to double check fitting.I won’t be back !

Went to Eurosuit only to find staff not being friendly but NOT helpful at all.4 staff members behind the desk and to be told i have to make an appointment whereby the place was not busy.What a joke this place is.This is the first place i went to that you need to make an appointment to fit a suit whereby other suit hire companies staff is friendly and NO appointment needed.Well clearly they dont need the business.

Good experience when shopping for wedding clothing

Upon arriving, looking for Matric Dance suits, my family and I were not only welcomed by friendly staff but Shailen also guided me through the whole process. I received well-informed clarity on certain suit styles, further ideas were suggested and through the overall zesty-spirit of Euro Suit, it really took all the STRESS out of the Suit Hunt. If youre looking for a place that will go over and above for you, I recommend ES.

Not what we expected (we wanted the bride and grooms fathers and the brothers to look fancy in similar navy suits). We waited 3 hours for the suits to be cleaned up a bit and also because the jackets and pants seams had to be let out again due to being too short (what was the reason to do a size fitment 2 months before the wedding? What we got was old and worn looking (shiny spots). The manager fortunately realised that the groom would not look good in an old rented suite so offerred him a new suit to rent. One suit jacket had a small tear hole on the chest area but they did not have spare jackets so this is how you attend the wedding.Would we go the rental route again? No, rather buy a new suit.

Absolutely AWESOME SERVICE !!!!with all the negative reading about this company me and my friends were totally surprised with service that we had received. I think from day 1 when my communication between myself and their Brand manager Shaylin had started i was immediately feeling at ease because of their knowledge and their welcoming behaviour. During the consultation we were attended to by a young gentlemen named who made us feel welcomed and also got alot of interaction from hes superior Shaylin who also advised us regarding the alterations and showed us how the end piece would look by pinning the garments himself to showcase the final piece of how this would look upon collection.Me and my groomsman were totally stunned with the garments upon collection. Thank you to Mr Shaylin and hes Team.I feel that this company should be given a chance to prove themselves because whatever negative feedback i have read is not what we have experienced. Once again thumbs up you guys made my day really special.And for the rest of the public who talks so nasty regarding this company then i suggest you do get a life and STOP tarnishing their name.

I was shocked!!! When I was searching google where to rent suit I finde few companies but. because raitings 1.4 stars I avoid this store. But!!!! I didnt have enough time so I decided to go to this expensive, poor selection and not nice people place.After a minute I didnt understand Why this beautiful place have so bad raitins.My experience: Devoted people we found solutions for everything. Finally I didnt rent a suit. I bought completely everything 😊 suit shirt shoes Bow ties belt socks.They modify my suit in 1.5 hourIncluding quality I was happy of the price.So I really want to help this store clean their name on FB.Thank you guys one more time 😃

Even thought we had an appointment service was extremely slow and we had to wait 20 minutes before someone even came to talk to us... after which we had to wait another 10 minutes... Not worth the effort.

Made a booking when we arrived there was no record of it . The enthusiastic sales person brought all the wrong sizes and to top it all a huge dirty mark on the pants .

Well they do not prepare when an appointment is made. They do the bare minimum when it comes to customer service. Went to ZED menswear close by. And the comparison between the two is not even justifiable.

Poor quality

Rented a black Tux from Eurosuit for a posh occasion. VERY EMBARRASSING. I suggest you rather support another suit rental. The trousers had an ugly tear running up the backside of the trousers, poorly mended with careless very thick brown thread. I was not warned about it. Upon returning the Tux I complained about the trousers and completed a form to claim a refund for the trousers, nothing can reimburse the embarrassment. That was ten days ago, still no acknowledgement of the claim either negative or positive.
