Very friendly and helpful staff members. They are amazing. Truely setting the bar high in comparison to the other branches. N1 will continue to have my full support before any other cotton on branch. The manager was especially helpful. Extremely satisfied. You all deserve a raise.

The employees at this branch are very welcoming and helpful - willing to assist with looking for your size and a quick checkout at the till. They always have a smile on their face and will greet when you enter. However, the branch does not stock many of the latest releases from the brand. Some new items you may see on their site you may not find at this branch. The store is not usually busy unless they are having sale and you may get a good find on the sale racks. The Cotton On brand quality is not always great as I have t-shirts which lost its shape of 1,2 washes. You can also order from their online store which does often have sales, with a the option to have it delivered to your home or to collect your order from one of their stores.
