Friendly service. Best sports mask . You can breathe and your glasses dont steam up. I use them now daily. Masks also have option to tie behind your head or loop behind the ears.

Out of this world after-sales service. I bought 2 pairs of bibs and they were extremely comfortable but the chamois just did not work for me. They took both pairs back without question and replaced the chamois with a different type. Roxi and Natalie were awesome, kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Good range of cycling dresses and accessories. They use Italian fabrics, sewn into dresses in a factory in the Woodstock neighborhood. Modern appearence of the store indoors paired with excellent staff helping to find your way through.

Never ride in new shorts they say...After forgetting my shorts at home for the Trans Baviaans Race 2019, Freddie came to my rescue the morning of the race with a mens bib short. Owning more than one pair of ladies Ciovita bibs and shorts, I can say that the mens one was even more comfortable and I completed the race with absolutely no discomfort. Huge shout out to Freddie for going the extra mile on the morning. Love this brand.
