If I could I would rate this shop less than one star! Due to bad customer service. Who hired Lelani as Manager? I bought a phone then after waiting a hour and a half I still didnt have the phone. Lelani came to fetch it from the teller and left without saying anything. This was after the teller also left twice with the same phone. Eventually I became irritated with the fact that Im left to stand and wait with no explanation and was now 30 minutes late to pick up my son from school. I then ask another teller to announce that I must leave and I now have no phone and minus my cash. The teller nr 8 came to the till and mumbled something showing her hands to the front of the shop. I tell her I want my money back now Im done standing here for 1h30 min. We went to look for manager Lelani with the phone. Shes busy chatting away not worried about the fact I had to pick up a child already. Says well sorry we dont refund its the network thats slow so I cant give your money you must wait. After I told her Ive been waiting for 1h30 min ( with 2 kids wining next to me) I must leave. So she gave me the phone that had no Service so I had to leave with a SERVICE LESS PHONE. The manager then told me to have manners when speaking to her. Never in my life have I ever experienced such bad customer service.

They always have great range for kiddies clothing. However, it can get soo crowded , especially during more end.

Why did u discontinue the mens clothing range @ Ackermans. I used to buy clothes for my husband and son at your branches but now I must get it from other shops which is so much expensive.

Vests and Underwear are reasonably priced for kids..
