I am so dissapointed in how I was treated today. I made a laybuy at this store and laybuy was expiring 25Aug2021. Due to unforseen circumstances i could not continue with the laybuy and went to the store to do a refund. I was told that I will not get money refund but I will get a voucher because “our policy state that when laybuy is expired they will not refund with cash. While trying to explain that the laybuy is not yet expired the cashier had to be rude and loud so that the whole of Ackermans can hear. And on top of that she told me I must fix my tone or I dont hear when I speak. Which tone? I also dont know because I was not even speaking loud as she was. She even printed a slip, practically threw it on the counter and told me read the terms. She was not even wearing a musk I had to ask her to wear a mask and she said “I will wear my mask you dont need to tell me that I have never been so humiliated in my life in a shop. One of my favorite shops where I buy my childs clothes all the time.
Staff is full of energy creating a wonderful atmosphere and the manager is just a good example of a true leader made me feel right at home definitely going back there
I love Ackermans it is good I shop with good price and they have cheap with cheap price
