Such a conveniently situated laundry. The offer various laundry services and the prices are totally competitive. The shop is situated on the outside of Palmyra Junction right next to Vide cafe. Parking is free but it gets very full at peak times. The shop attendant is a wonderful friendly lady and knows her customers

I gave them a mixed bag of white laundry which included a duvet cover that came back full of 1cm sized holes, pretty much ruined, I can add that this was a winter soft to the touch duvet cover bought from Woolworths in winter 2020.Wont use them again as the response to my complaint was: I dont know anything about that. Sure you dont, its not your duvet cover.

BE CAREFUL: items STOLEN!! I wrote down my items and still pants were stolen. Small items always seem to go missing too. And the whites come back grey. Unfortunately .. I won’t be using this service again. Still waiting for them to find my favorite pants!)Update : still no feedback from them, still my favorite pants missing ..your items go to a depot where it gets washed, I would be careful with your most favorite items, socks and underwear. 😡

Opens too late on a Saturday

Absolutely horrendous service. Dropped off 1 T-shirt for tailoring to repair a small hole and 2 and a half weeks later it is still not ready. Absolutely no communication from the store. After I went to the store I was informed the item would be ready yesterday, arrived at the store and got told to wait for the delivery which only arrived at 18:00 - and the delivery person knew nothing about my item. Was then told it would be delivered to me today... Nothing has arrived. Called the store and the item is not there... Surprise surprise... Id give a zero if I could.

Not impressed with the service at the Fresh Laundry at Palmyra. We dropped our laundry on Sunday morning and were told they had a backlog and it would only be ready at 17:00 on Tuesday (2 full days is a relatively long time to wait for laundry).We then received a phone call on Tuesday to say it would only be ready after 13:00 on Wednesday (Human rights day) we specifically mentioned it was a public holiday but were assured that they would be open. We have just left the laundry after finding it closed. Can only hope it will be ready when we try collect tomorrow.

24 hour turnaround time as laundry is not done on site. Friendly service and laundry done fresh.

In fairness to Fresh the Laundry Palmyra and Kenny the owner, I was contacted the following day and asked to bring the laundry in question around so he could see what he could do to remedy the situation. Due to time lapsed and circumstance I have not been able to do this and considering the quick response and subsequent follow up by Kenny I am revising my review to optimistic and will give them another go

This store is not only perfectly located for a quick drop off or collection, but the staff are always friendly and helpful. They offer a wide range of services aside from just washing and ironing such as dry cleaning, dying and even minor alterations. Will definitely be recommending them.

This review previously was 5 stars, but the service at the Palmyra branch has become beyond useless. Multiple times I have had to wait up to an hour (past the agreed pickup time) for laundry to be delivered to the store.If you cant offer a time sensitive service then dont promise it at check in of laundry.

This Laundry took over Quickwash Laundry at the close of 2018, I have had endless problems to resolve account queries, despite assurances from Management after my last review of the company that the matters will be resolved, factually nothing happens. Trying to run a guest house and keep your payments upto-date is proving a major challange as they simply dont repsond to emails. Management is aloof and unresponsive.

Changing my review - still took me a few back and forth trips to the laundromat and I still have the stained vests but I appreciate the effort regarding my top which is now sorted and no longer has damage.Thank you for the fix and for my refund.

I went there for the first time and asked that my jeans be washed separate from the rest of my clothing. My new sweat pants (were peach) now they have blue jean stains that obviously wont come out

Dont offer tailoring if you cant outsource correctly....worst service

They do a good job cleaning but Ive used them 3 times and theyve lost my clothing once already. I cant imagine 66.6% accuracy is good enough.

Sometimes my clothes smell of damp. Like it wasnt dried properly.

Man how can you guys close at 6..... where most normal people have to drive to you after work in cape town traffic. I even called in advance saying ill be there at 18 10 latest to pick up my laundary.... your guys cant even wait 10minutes...... never using you again
