On the 2nd of December 2019 I was double charged R7386 by the tommy hilfgure shop at the V&A water front by the shop manager aisha everytime I call they ask for my details and they says it not their fault. They dont do no follow up neither update.they say I must flight back to cape Town to the shop all the from durban I tell dont have for that. Ive spent airtime close to a thousand, They shut me off saying they they cant do anything I must call my bank when I call my bank they say the shop made the mistake. It so frustrating that the tommy hilfigure in Capetown has a bunch of unprofessional workers who does care about customers satisfaction.i cant wait for this to be revolved and I will never do shopping at then the particular shop and the brand it self Im so disappointed in your workers they are a bad image to the brand
Terrible Staff, Very unhelpful, couldnt crack a smile. Very loud guy who had his friends in store, bothering tourists as they were trying to look around with non relevant conversation, they didnt seem pleased, a little embarrassing!
