I am a recently elected Trustee charged with the Security portfolio so my experience of your surveillance services is limited. But, having viewed the screens from the guard house I would say the coverage is excellent. It is comforting to know that there is double cover with your team in Cape Town and the on-sight guard here both checking events in real time.

Our estate has always received a very good service over the years. They respond to inform us of any problems, possible breaches in security and provide video/picture evidence when necessary. Staff are always polite and helpful. Monthly and weekly reports ensure that we are always up to date. Any possible communication problems experienced are dealt with speedily.

At Cle du Cap, in Kirstenhof, the security fencing and the Camera Surveillance Service is kept in top condition through very regular checks and immediate attention to any problems. Residents regularly receive feedback on the condition and efficiency of the system and in a period of considerable insecurity, the confidence this creates is very much appreciated. Thank you.
