Covid protocol in place.. Service was standard some officers tried to assist me little beyond in their scope. It was a fair experience.

Must really say customer service out of the, the officers were busy with there own thing. Not taking note whats happening around them.

DFO IS AN AMAZING PERSON

I came to the police station to have some documents certified. There were a few officers and staff walking up and down but no one helped me. I probably stood there for over 20 minutes waiting for assistance, everyone kept looking at me but no helped me. Eventually I just left because my kids started becoming naggy and irritated

Slow and unwilling to help. They just love being on their cell phones

With the threat of loadshedding looming our food was served on time and of good quality

An absolute pathetic excuse for a public service organization.How can you faith in this organization then when they dont even have the basic equipment supplies to attend to walk in complaints.

The worst Police station i have ever encountered. Even if you phone the police at this station they dont pitch .

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Truck get thrown with stones on18/12/18 at 23:00 and I try to get hold off said Philippi foon just ringing no answer.This is really bad and poor service now I understand why people take things in THERE own hands , here is no public service at all.I am going to report this to the commissioner , I have the 4 times that I try to get hold of them on my call recorder as proof.This is an acceptable we as public do not have to be begging for said as stance.

Telephone numbers listed not answered. This is extremely poor for a police station who is supposed to provide a service to the community.

Bad service and incompetent staff especially Constable Birty Koopman have no way of speaking and a spiteful idiot who arrested me for marijuana which was less then 0.5 grams refused to have me make a phone call to notify my parents or evens call my lawyer, had to stay 48 hours without notifying anyone of my where abouts in Filty cells where are our tax money going too. holding cells are very unhygienic and a BIG Health hazard, is there no Health and Safety being conducted at this filty place where is the Colonel or the Station Manager who is responsible, Ive seen many corruption happening where as Police officer are paid to release the people in custody what happens to the docket is my QUESTION but have no solid proof of it.
