Update:Ok - so its been another year since my last review. During this time not a single section of road has been completed! Just an endless cycle of tarring, and then stripping the road surface a few days later to start the process again.No company can make a profit this way. This is either gross incompetency or very blatant corruption.Update:OK - so its been 5 months since my last review. During this time the project and roads are still in EXACTLY the same condition, meaning no meaningful progress has been made.................after 5 months!!!!!RE: Kommetjie Rd RoadworksYour project management is shocking. M&E did major earthworks, closed or narrowed lanes, barricaded intersections and since then abandoned the project for months, even years. In the meantime a handful of workers are pottering around trying to create an impression that work is continuing. I know that you are trying to maximize profits by stretching out a project for as long as possible, but in the meantime thousands of residents are suffering with traffic delays and bottlenecks - not mention the fatalities and injuries due to the increased hazards associated with roadworks. Please dont start a project unless you have the resources to finish it. Alternatively - start and finish manageable sections at a time. Please come and finish what you started.

Im not at all ugly when I say Im going to develop a new african mentality and your site is going to blow my head.The hours your work is inhuman and the noise you have to put in is inappropriate because you do not have time to work stupid times of the night. I understand its a construction site, but you must also be cut or time because it suffers me and the health of many people because we simply do not get a gala juice. Keep on working on the flipping weekend that I and my neighborhood can only get rest! I also expect a foremans number as well as a program of your working hours because Im really looking forward to it !!!
