My husband and I have been struggling to get hold or proper communication from the maintenance court for over 5 months. We were told that theres a procedure to follow and weve done it to the letter... The manager is also not much help as he doesnt respond on emails or follow up after hes given instruction. We are calling, emailing and even went to court to try and resolve our issue but to date there has been absolutely no progress... Eventually a clerk told us she will contact us because the prosecutor is off sick and possibly have our file because she cannot find it in the office. She also said she will phone me in 30mins time but it has no resulted in 2 months later with no contact. PATHETIC!!!!!
Much better service as kuilsriver magistrate court... Even the prosecutors are not so grumpy
The experience isnt actually with blue downs court, but with our system. It stinks and its so amazing how much power is given to the clerks... Jurisdictions changes ... justice that!! Wth
5 stars purely for the extremely nice magistrate at court room number 4. Treated every person with great respect and understanding of their situation.Take a pen with you, you need to complete COVID-19 form.I entered the building at 8am left around 10am.

Very neat Government building. Still quite new. Well structured and proper notices of where to go and where to sit and wait. As per normal, the start of procedings was very much delayed. Biggest problem I experienced was the lack of parking. For such a huge court building, there is literally no parking bays. Vehicles double parked next to me causing me to find my own way out from where I was parked. Driving in reverse on the gravel sidewalk and squeezing out between two vehicles to be able to leave.
