Really would recommend taking your new born baby to have adjusted. Rise Chiro also shared very valuable and effective tips for burping which can be very sleep depriving in the first month of a new born.

I walked into the practice not knowing what to expect but Dr da Silva is the sweetest person. She makes you feel so comfortable. She is so gentle with babies and she’s really great with them. Postpartum I was left feeling very tense after 1 session with her, I felt so much better. Happy mum happy baby ! Would definitely recommend all mums to take care of themselves and see a chiro it was life changing experience for myself.

Dr Da Silva has been a key link in my recovery after c-section, back care with a newborn and my pelvic floor rehab. I love my sport, so recovery is very important to me. Dr Da Silva also did wonders for our little boy. She started seeing him at 3 weeks old and he showed so much improvement in his feeding, burping and sleeping. He is “a good” baby and hardly ever cries, and I truly believe that her treatments have greatly contributed to his wellbeing. I will highly recommend her :)
