There are a lot of shops, but the goods arent very organised and you have to scratch quite a bit. Prices are good for buying bulk, but stock changes constantly. Prices are sometimes hard to find/read. Staff are friendly though.

The general distrust some of the owners have about customers does not make for a pleasant shopping experience.I was told to leave my bag on the floor in the front of the store - the one with my money, ID, drivers drivers license and lap top. All this done with shouting hey hey, pointing to my shoulder and then the floor. I let her know my lap top is in my bag and she unhappily let it go.When paying, my bag was open off my shoulder and she had a good look inside and was unfortunately disappointed as I had not stolen anything as suspected.The staff is friendly though. Passages are dirty and some have limited maneuvering space.Good place to visit if you enjoy mazes and have loads of time on your hands to navigate the passages. Plenty of parking available outside. Security at the gate is friendly and helpful.

You’ll find some good deals here. Just note some stores only sell bulk and you might find the same item cheaper in a different store. Some stores prices are negotiable.

Crazy, loosely organized place to buy bulk supplies of almost anything! Unless you are looking for something specific, this place is overwhelming, but fun.

Cheap gadgets and accessories. Remember cash as most shops only accept cash.

The grocery store was neat and had comprehensive stock, reasonably priced.A variety of dried beans and fresh vegetables, not found elsewhere, was available. Obviously, Chinese cuisine stole the show.

Nice to take the fam out for a Stoll. They are not fully packed out yet but looking good with awesome stores. Just misses a party store

It used to be reasonably cheap to shop here, but there was a sharp increase in prices over the last year or two.

Great place to visit if you’re thinking of buying bulk, also there is one restaurant which offers great Chinese dishes, I personally loved the beef noodle soup! The meat was tender and soup were tasty! They also got quite a selection of ready-made foods that you could warm up at home and enjoy! Highly recommended

Its great just most things are sold in bulk so its good for people who want to resell but disadvantage when you want to buy single unit but still not bad for those that sell single and great if you also want to stock up ,will definitely visit again

This China market is not as big as the other ones, and has limited products (and stores). Also, they cater more towards people who want to buy in bulk, offering huge savings, rather than individual items.

Its a small place but the way they prefare to do business is not as i anticipated

For goods with no garentee it become too expensive and for stuff that only last 30 days. Not worth to buy and waist of money.

There was a lot to look at and space is tight in the shops with boxes on the floor . You can pay with a credit card. I did in 2 shops. I found a few things I was looking for but no glitter butterflies for my Birthday party 😃. They have bulk buys and individual items , fairy lights, nail polishes, hair dryers, clothes , shoes, kitchen items etc. There is also a food shop but I didnt go into that shop, maybe next time.

Not good at observing Covid protocols . Poorly laid out wholesale and retail shops. Some of the shops are staffed by people who find English too difficult to understand and speak. I bought a bag of washing pegs for R 7. And a 6 piece muffin tray for R 25 . Excellent value.

Personally not a huge fan of China malls. But comparing apples with apples. This mall is one of the better China Towns in the area. Great pricing if youre buying bulk with cash.

The security guys are my best part. Super friendly and helpful.Just note that Tracy (A8) has another store in Ottery. They can always check if the other store for stock. But you pay upfront then you can collect here or Ottery.I am yet to explore other shops.

Since I have last been here they have definitely made some effort to up their shop game. Also a hidden gem if youre looking for the best spring rolls in cape Town ask for the bites at the Chinese restaurant there and you will be pleasantly surprised

Due to covid regulations (i assume) most of the shops now only do wholesale.I was there on a sunday, so it can be different during the week, but the place was very busy with restocking. Large carts in the walkway. Garbage laying around. Chaos.
