This is one of the most professional companies that I have dealt with. Thomas very kindly came out to my home, checked on my fireplace and helped me to establish where my problem was, even though Faitsch had not installed the original fireplace. I did a lot of research when putting it in a couple of years ago and am so sorry that I didnt find Faitsch earlier as I would definitely have preferred one of their units and their excellent service.
